The Woodward Pumpkin Patch

October 2, 2009 by Kim Woodward

I like pumpkins about as much as I like Christmas trees.
A lot people, a lot.
A few folks asked about this pumpkin from a past post.
It’s not a Funkin. It’s actually ceramic. My great-aunt made it for us for our housewarming. She made us a snowman for Christmas, too. Loves it.
I picked twelve little pumpkins out of our garden so far.
This pumpkin arrangement was a score last year. I love this pumpkin.
This is one of the only things I’ve purchased this year. I found this set of 4 plates and 4 mugs at a yard sale… never opened… for $5. I usually don’t buy Halloween stuff but I couldn’t resist.
And here’s a burlap pumpkin I made out of burlap and scrap green fabric. I used this tutorial.

And, here are a few of my favorite pumpkins from Internet-land.

(I don’t have a clue where these came from. I’m going to take a guess that they are either Martha, Country Living or BH&G.)
Are you a fan of the pumpkin as well?

I love pumkins also. I add more and more each year. My white pumkins will soon beat my orange pumkins in numbers.

You’ve got me in the mood for Fall! I love the harvest season from Halloween to Thanksgiving. It’s a good time to cozy up to those you love. Thanks for the inspiration.
