Just a little bit of fall decor in the dining room this year. I still haven’t picked up any real pumpkins yet. I may actually avoid buying them completely. Except for one for Henry, of course. Because every 4-month-old needs his own pumpkin.
Anyhoo, I have plenty of fake pumpkins in storage. I actually planned to spray paint them, but I like them as is. Embrace the fake, I say.
I have all kinds of random fall dishes and bowls and ceramics. I love placing them all together. The tablecloth is from Crate & Barrel a few years ago.
And here is my little Halloween corner. Here’s the only thing I purchased this year – the owl. I spotted it at Marshall’s and had to bring it home. The pumpkin says “Woodward” in the mouth and was made by my great aunt for our housewarming. It’s one of my favorite things. And it also lights up.
And that is our dining room. I think it’s just enough to be festive.
What do you think?
