Party supplies to the extreme (from 1st Wishes)

June 20, 2014 by Kim Woodward

When it comes to parties, I love a solid party theme. And I love using personalized details and photos.

For Henry’s party, I hit the jackpot when I found all the goodies from 1st Wishes. PICTURES AND PERSONALIZATION EVERYWHERE.

My very favorite part – the personalized photo plates. Because I don’t believe there is such a thing as overkill when it comes to parties, these are perfect. And everyone raved over them.

Party Express05

My papa (Henry’s great grandpa) carried his dirty plate around all afternoon because he wanted to take it home and keep it. I told him he could take a clean one. This plate is now living in his hutch. With framed photos. I mean, how stinkin’ cute is that?

And the table tent? Adorable and simple.

Then there’s the banner. It was so cute that my parents now have it hanging in their barn. It was perfect for the front of the dessert and drinks table.Custom party banner1
I’ve been getting tons of emails and comments about the tractor photo prop. This came flat packed and was so simple to put together. And it was a blast at the party.

Look at Henry’s face – killing me.Party Express15

Another thing that was a blast – this cute little Johnny Tractor piñata.Party Express09

It comes with all the candy and toys. And the stick. It was a hit with all the kids.

I don’t think I’ll ever have a party again without take-home cups.  The tumblers were perfect for the littles. And it’s Henry’s favorite glass to this day. (Check out the adult take-home tumblers I made, too.)Party Express03

And can you ever go wrong with stickers for kids? Love the Johnny Tractor sticker sheets – they were the perfect addition to the book favors.

But the unexpected hit for Henry? Tractor balloon bouquets. I had them blown up at the local party store for about .89/balloon. They were such a great way to add height to the tables.

But then Henry pretty much carried them around all afternoon. Who needs presents?Party Express13

Special thanks to my friends at 1st Wishes for providing these awesome, personalized supplies to help me throw Henry’s birthday party! They did not ask me to post about them, but I was so happy with the selection and quality. And I love the uniqueness and personalization – so much cooler than supplies from the local party store.  And thank you for supporting NewlyWoodwards sponsors to help make posts like this possible.
