I’m sure I’m breaking every rule in the book. I currently have three table runners on our table.
And, I like it.
The striped runner is a new find from Pottery Barn. The yellow is a linen number from Target. The monogramed white runner was from the cake table at our wedding. None of them are ironed. And, I’m okay with that.
And, this is the platter from our rehearsal dinner.
Kind of a nice tribute to the month after our wedding. Not perfect, but pretty nonetheless.

Love the layered look!!
I hate to iron so nothing ever is. That’s what the dryer & Downy wrinkle release are for. 🙂 Love the striped one!
I remember that plate. It was such a cute idea. I like the table runners too. My mom got me one when she was in Nicaragua, so I have just one, but I like the layered look.
I love runners! I almost bought another (on really good sale) at PB tonight. And I extra love that you had a monogrammed one on your cake table. So smart!
Amen on not ironing, sista! I’m never a fan of ironing, and even less so when the items are huge (like curtains and tablecloths).
My husband hates it, but I just tell him that he can iron if he’s that concerned about what people think of our linens.
Love the red/white stripe.
Oh, I love table runners! I would so use one, except my hammerheaded boys would constantly be swiping them to use as capes or other such nonsense. 🙂
Why is it that everything you do I want to copy? Humm I am getting worried, either you are so bad ass that I’m amazes me or I am jealous. Not sure which but I can give you a hint, I still can’t get over all your christmas trees… lol
i think it looks great. i loove the red striped one
Send it over here. For some insane reason, this girl loves ironing. In fact, on my way to Missouri to meet you for a roll lunch, I’ll stop at your house and ironthose runners for you. I may even sign your wedding plate. My handwriting kinda resembles Shelby’s.
