This may be one of my favorites.
A simple strip quilt, made with a variety of red, white, black and grey dots and stripes.
The Mickey head just makes it, in my opinion. Turned out so darn cute.
This quilt came together really quickly, from start to finish. And I think it will be a great quilt for a baby in a Mickey nursery. Don’t you think?
What do you think?

Just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration. I just finished my own Disney quilt based on your design (including mickey motif). Thanks again, I enjoyed making it 🙂
I want this!!!! Do you make these to sell?
Do you sell this??
I love this quilt – we are wondering where you found the Mickey hand/feet fabric? I love the whole nursery – so luv making a room instead of buying everying for it!
Love the quilt. It looks like it turned out great.
Absolutely perfect, Kim! I love how it fits the theme but is not over the top. And I love the modern stripes!
I think you should come to Boston and teach me how to do this!!!!
🙂 Beautiful!!
What a fun quilt! My Disney-obsessed family fully approves! And I loved the baby shower! Too cute!
So cute!! It will be a very well received gift.
Very cute!! And Mickey in the corner does make it extra cute!!
Love this quilt! It will look perfect in the nursery….and even more importantly the baby will get a kick staring at all that black and white. Carter loves his dark brown and white elephant drapes. They are mesmerizing! Can’t wait to see your next quilt!
So cute. Even though we have never met in person will you make me a baby quilt when I get pregnant? 🙂
OMG I love this!!! It’s so cute!!! I bet your friends love it!!! 🙂
I love this quilt. So cute sticks to a theme without being too themey.
So cute! I have 5 quilts to make in the next 6 months so I need to start making simple ones. This is great way to make simple look fun and special. You always find great fabric.
Love it. Your are very talented my friend. Awesome job!
This is unbelievably adorable! Such talent!
I love it! It will look PERFECT in a Mickey Mouse nursery!!
It actually looks similar to the one I just finished for my niece that I’ll be posting next week!
I love it!! It turned out great!!
Love this quilt! You are so creative with the fabrics.
Love! You did a great job of getting the idea across without making it too theme-y – it’s just perfect!
I love strip quilts, and this one is just fabulous. Love that the Mickey theme is there but understated. And your party from yesterday? Oh my goodness. Will you come help me throw any party in the future? K, great. Thanks!
Sooooo awesome! My room was Mickey Mouse-themed until I was, like, seventeen. LOL.
Beautiful. Great job.
It’s beautiful, Kim! You are so, so talented!!!
Aw, this one is so fun! And I bet that baby will love all the strong black and white contrasts in the quilt too. 🙂 So pretty! (And yes, the mickey head totally makes the quilt)
You did a lovely job!
Do you use a pattern?
I REALLY need to get my sewing machine serviced so I can get to work on a quilt for our little one!
She is due in 6 weeks, but at this rate she won’t get a mommy made quilt until her 1st birthday!
