In August, Ryan and I will be celebrating a decade together. Yowza.
At 17, neither of us were thinking marriage. Or how full and wonderful (and sometimes really hard, too) our lives would be as adults. (Okay, calling us ‘adults’ may be questionable. But I’m going with it.) I’ll have to share more photos when the actual anniversary comes. (I’ll try to give you notice so you can skip that day.) But I should find one per year, I think.
However, since I’ve been sorting through photos and trying to get them on Flickr/Facebook/somewhere safe, I’ve found a few images that have taken me down memory lane.
Like this one. Senior year of high school. In my parent’s garage after spring musical. Ryan didn’t really like musicals, but I guess he liked me.
Or this one. My freshman year of college. Home to visit my parents and Ryan. My parents would probably argue that it was mostly to see Ryan. (Right, momma?)
Or this one. At sorority informal in 2004. Ryan made it down to go to every single dance with me. (Even though he doesn’t particularly ‘enjoy’ getting dressed up.)
I’m feeling giddy just looking at the photos. Bringing me right back to the moment. (Sounds cheeseball, but it’s true.)

Yeah to 10 years! Bud & I will have been together for 10 years come December! It’s crazy to think that for the past decade I’ve been falling deeper and deeper in love with the man God gave me!
