Next up in the so-far house tour is the dining room. (Check out the master bedroom, exterior and bathroom. I’ll wait.)
I really love the dining room. It still needs quite a bit of putting together, but it’s still such a great room.
I love the original crown moulding and trimwork.
And I can’t wait to get curtains up. (Do you spot the fabric in the right corner?) They will really brighten it up.
I also have a seriously awesome idea for the upper walls. And I may do it sometime before the year 2050.
So, let’s take a look at where we came from in the dining room.

I love this transformation and all of the other ones. I love all of the crisp white trim with the dark walls. Amazing!
Pinning your dining room picture to pinterest! Love this color 🙂
It’s gorgeous! I really love how the paint colors work with the black furniture. I can’t wait to see the curtains! Keep up the good work. 🙂
It looks amazing! I can’t believe you guys have been working on that house since last July, it seems like just a few months! Gorgeous.
Looks great! I have similar brown blinds with gray walls. Can’t wait to see the plan for the walls.

Of course your room is lovely. I just have to mention this is the second post where you talk about curtains or fabric somewhere in the pictures, and I can’t see anything of the sort! Am I blind?? Crazy??
You two are amazing! The room is amazing! I love it.

As with the rest of the so-far house, the transformation just floors me. I bow down to your skillz. LOVE the paint color & the b&b/millwork.
(I’ve already seen this room, you know, from my nightly drive-bys.)

Shut the front door!! Kim, I love love love it!! I tried to convince my husband to “let” me paint our table (the one in the kitchen that looks just like yours), but he freaked out. I could tell he would go bananas if I did it behind his back. :s Too bad, b/c yours looks awesome, and mine is stuck in the 80s mapley oak look. :s
Wow! It looks great! Love the color!
Girl, you need your own show! Fa-boo!

It is looking fantastic! I love the colour combo – the charcoal grey is a perfect counterpart to the white panelling.
Well done!
The paint color is sexy! Bravo, Kim! I spy Fiestaware in the corner hutch…!
Much love, Allie.
I love the yellow accents with that wall color! You guys did an especially awesome job with this room.
Oh, I’d totally forgotten about that before. Whoa. It’s a stunning room, Kim – and if possible it’s even more stunning when you compare it to where it came from. Such a fab renovation – you guys are awesome!
PS – do you have the leaf for that table? I painted need to repaint ours but I love being able to make the table round and oval on a whim.
Gah- this is gorgeous. GORGEOUS. I love the wall color. Hands down favorite room so far, although your bathroom is a close second 🙂
