A little man

August 9, 2011 by Kim Woodward

I finally got to meet my good friend Shelly’s newest addition. (Remember her farm-fresh baby shower?)

Meet my buddy Dylan. He’s a handsome fella with a full head of hair. (Champ is not so sure about his new little bro.)

And he loves me this much.

He’s only six weeks old, but he looks like a little man.

He’s clearly a genius. He takes after his momma.

And I also put a little piece of word art together for the little man (and his momma). I was inspired by several similar signs on Pinterest.

But, I wanted to make the style fit in with Dylan’s new room. So I just created something really simple in Power Point and framed it. (This is actually just a frame I had at home. I picked up something a little more modern for what I gifted.)

I think it turned out really cute. Just like this little guy.

What do you think?

So cute! His eyes look like his mom’s. And I hope you squeezed and squished those little cheeks. Your sign is great. I never would have thought to use powerpoint.

He was born the day after my birthday! Clearly he is pretty awesome if he is a Gemini.

You are so right– he does look like a little man. So many times I think all babies look alike, but this little guy has personality!

    So adorable.
