Enough with the tulips already

April 22, 2010 by Kim Woodward

After I posted about our tulips last week, looky what happened.

More tulips.
The purple, red, pink and yellow all popped up. It’s so beautiful, I just cannot stand it. Every time I drive past, I slow down and smile. I point them out to Ryan. I tell everyone how wonderful they are. (Modesty isn’t my best quality.)

I don’t know how I’m going to handle them dying. (WAH!) I’ll keep you posted. (Aren’t you glad?)

I totally thought I had already commented but I was probably so buzzed up, I only thought I did. Just kidding. But seriously.

Your tulips/house/whole setup belongs on the cover of Better Homes & Gardens. AMAZING.

Hi, all. The red cans are just spray painted cans. I put flowers in them for the summer, but it’s not quite time to put out annuals. Soon.

Thanks for all your kind comments.

Have you posted before about those red things on the fence??? I’m not a gardner or an outside things person, so I have no clue! They’re cute, whatever they are! lol 🙂 PS, I left you an award on my blog today!

There is the rainbow! If I had that yard I would drive by multiple times just to enjoy those beauties! Too bad tulips don’t last all summer….

You should be proud – they’re beautiful! And, I love your can planters – that’s an idea that I’ve saved to use in the future.

Thanks for the input yesterday on the curb appeal for my house – a lot of your suggestions were right along the lines of some of the things I was thinking! Its going to be a multi-step process, but I’m excited for the transformation.
