Biker babe

March 11, 2009 by Kim Woodward

Well, since Ryan has his motorcycle, I needed something to ride, too.

No, it’s not a motorcycle.
It’s a Bianchi bike.

I guess these are pretty good bikes. We spotted it in the garbage… which means it was the right price.
It seems to be in working order. I think it’s adorable. I can’t wait to clean it up and add a basket to it. I think I will even ride my bike to the grocery store when it gets warm.

Any bike with a basket deserves a bell, too!

This is my first time here, I followed Kara’s link here- way to go on the March of Dimes donation- get the ball rolling!

There’s no way I’d be able to fit a week’s groceries in a bike basket. Kudos to you.

OMG Kimmy…..Grandpa Jack will be sooooooo proud of you taking things out of others’ garbage and making them useful. He’ll tell you that there are lots of nice things for you to find. Dad & I are still laughing about this affordable find! We love you!
