Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oats
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in mixer. Add egg until combined. Add baking soda and slowly add flour and oats. Once mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
Roll into small balls on a cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
