Okay, brilliant ladies out there. I have been eyeing this cute little cup holder at Wisteria.
Glass cups and carrier
But, I need a reason to buy it. (Ryan’s rolling his eyes right now. I can feel it.) I have an idea or two, but I wanna hear yours.
What would you do with it?
And, as an aside. I love these baskets. Don’t they look like something that you’d find in your attic?
Handmade wire baskets
Tell me why I need those cups.

brillant ladies … and gentleman. 😉
the glass cups could have soo many uses! condiment holder for ice cream (sprinkles, nuts, etc) and/or hamburgs and hot dog (ketchup, mustard, etc) … a vase… a untensil holder for parties … an office organizer … fill them with milk for a cookies and milk party. yum!

Planter? Each glass has a difference color of the same flower (ie pansies in the winter)
Vases?
I love the idea of it as desk organizer or silverware holder.
It’s not exactly honest but I do have an idea…. Can you just show interest (burning desire) in something else much more expensive and then downgrade back to this? Then your husband will be so pleased that you didn’t buy the really expensive thing…

It’s on sale! (this is usually reason enough for me)
On a more practical note, I would use it for office/crafting supplies. Or I’d get pretty colored citronella votives and use it as a centerpiece on my patio table.

I was going to ask what you would do with that, but after reading the comments I love the idea of holding silverwear in them!

I’ll echo Jenna…great for silverware at parties. Super cute!!!
jen @ homeinthecountry says
how about putting buttons, thread, and other crafty things in them?
they are way cute. hope you can convince him! 🙂
Jenna says
ok, perfect for silverware at parties. I always use a basket with cups in it. then, I can put the knives/forks/spoons in their own little compartment. since you have 6 you can put some pretty flowers or other random decorations and turn your silverware into a decoration instead of a big nasty messy pile. Great, now I have to get one too!
Emily says
For holding snacks and finger foods at casual parties – also for kitchen herbs inside!
Jenny @ Words On Wendhurst says
Holding pens, pencils, paintbrushes and markers in your office, or obviously a bunch of flowers from your garden. You could fill the glasses with different candies for a party, use them to sort change, serve cut up fruit in them… so many options!
Heather says
Well you need it to help carry drinks out to your party guests and if that doesnt work tell him you need it to carry HIM drinks. Now he is involved and CANT say no!
They are totally cute.

You could use those for so many things – the first two that come to mind are flower blooms and silverware at an outside (or inside) party. Definitely adorable – convince that husband of yours!
