We’re back from a little getaway with our family. We hit the lake for a long weekend, which was a really nice opportunity to spend time with our little family and my parents. Henry loves being outside and really liked riding on the boat – the big life jacket didn’t deter him at all.
We also made this trip last year when Henry was only a few months old. (And this is also a trip my family made every year while I was growing up.) I’m reminded what a huge difference one year makes.
Somebody hold me.
My baby is practically grown. Although I positively die seeing these pictures side by side.
Anyway, I know you could hardly stand to go without seeing more of my vacation photos. So, you’re welcome.
The boy is easy to please. Sometimes. As long as you do exactly what he wants, when he wants. I don’t know where he gets that. *coughcoughIt’stotallyme*
Pretty much every other picture looks something like this.
We also enjoyed time at the beach at Frankie and Louie’s. And when it rained all day on Friday, we hit the arcade. In which Henry enjoyed by spending the entire time in a toy car at the steering wheel.
And in this one, Henry’s thinking “Look, ma, no one really cares about our vacation. Stop the madness.”
And then when I refuse to stop the madness, he gives me a more vicious side eye.
That’s my cue …
What are your vacation plans for the summer?
