Guess where I spent the weekend?
In Chicago.
And the best part – beyond a three day weekend – was that I spent it with two of my absolute favorites in blogland – Shannon and Emily. To say that I love these girls and that we had a blast would be the understatement of the century. Chicago will never be the same.
We did quite a bit of walking with plenty of rest and ice cream in between for the two preggo mommas. (And Shannon didn’t seem to mind either.) I’ll be back with some of my top picks for a weekend in Chicago and some more pictures. But, I had to share about our little adventure while I was waiting for these ladies to get me their photos. Seriously – hurry up.
There really are a lot of wonderful things about blogging – and I think that friends made are at the top of the list. Emily and Shannon are no exceptions. I just wish they lived a little closer so we could do this more often.
