Green peppers: I just found out we can chop these and freeze them for the winter, so I’m excited about that. We will have tons of them. There are at least 20 blooms on these plants.
One lone red pepper: I’m pretty sure we’ll be snatching this up soon. It won’t last long – we love red peppers.
Cauliflower: It finally came in and is looking healthy. I’m happy I finally got to pick it because the leaves take up TONS of space. It’s quite yummy, but I don’t know if I’d plant it again in a small garden.
These cute little mini sunflowers also bloomed on the deck. They are quite adorable.
Pretty soon, we are going to re-plant radishes, lettuce and carrots. I’m hoping to get another crop in the fall.
